A full Welsh Breakfast or by arrangement Continental Breakfast will be served in the breakfast room every morning from 8.30am – 9.00am or earlier if requested.
Children are welcome, but must be supervised by a responsible adult. We do not provide cots, so would advise own travel cot and own bedding for health and safety reasons
We are unable to accept pets (except assistance dogs) within the property
Bookings made directly to Seaspray will be charged a 10% deposit and this will only be refunded if a cancellation is made 7 days in advance of the holiday, any less the deposit will be held until the room is resold. A full payment will be taken for no-shows.
Cash and cheques are accepted. 2% surcharge added to all cards
In the very rare cases that due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot provide your requested rooms you will be offered alternative accommodation
Due to Government legislation, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Failure to observe this policy will result in guests being asked to leave, and being charged for the full booking and charged a £100.00 cleaning charge which will be debited from the credit or debit card used in the initial booking.
We do have car parking, but there is on road parking both sides of the street
Seaspray is a 3 storey terraced house, there is a terrace at the front of the property with ample space for sitting outside. There are two steps leading into a porch, which leads into the hall. Guests are welcomed here and given their keys and then shown to their rooms. The breakfast room is at the far end of the hall on this level.
The front porch entrance is not accessible for wheelchairs, but assistance can be given to enable access into the house.
There are three letting bedrooms, 1 on the first floor, this is the family room, which is a sea view, with a private bathroom and 2 on the second floor. One of these can be either a double or a twin bedded room, non sea view with en suite bathroom, the other is a double bedded room with sea view and en suite bathroom. We have no letting rooms on the ground floor.
There is a unisex toilet on the ground floor
There is on road parking and if prior notice of arrival is given, parking can be arranged immediately in front of the house.
Assistance dogs are welcome and if necessary help can be given for walking the dog
Angle poise lamps for use in the bedroom can be provided on request
There is a train station 5 minutes away from the Guest House
There is a local taxi service, bookings can be made by the proprietors
The town centre is approximately a 10 minute walk from the Guest House
